1. Support the preparation of key academy documents, PPTs, press releases, meeting minutes, and other written tasks.
2. Assist in the promotion and planning of major academy events, branding projects, news editing, construction and management of the Chinese website and official WeChat account, as well as information management.
3. Coordinate with tasks related to academy inspections, internal control construction, disciplinary supervision, united front work, ideological work, and theoretical learning.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Responsible for supporting the daily administrative operations of the academy, including organizing large-scale meetings, conference services, and reception tasks.
2. Responsible for drafting, managing, and archiving administrative documents for the academy.
3. Responsible for building management, procurement and management of supplies for offices and public areas, informatization development, allocation of graduate student workstations, and cost calculation for public spaces.
