
1. Responsible for the daily management and coordination of the Research Base Office.
2. Assist the supervising leader in formulating the academy’s discipline planning, research planning, and management policies.
3. Oversee the organization, planning, and process management of the academy’s research projects, scientific talent programs, achievement awards, industry-academia-research collaboration, and platforms and bases.
4. Responsible for the academy’s research publicity and research informatization development.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Responsible for tracking and managing the assets of the academy’s laboratories.
2. Oversee laboratory process management.
3. Assist the supervising leader in managing laboratory safety.
4. Assist the supervising leader in the development of laboratory regulations and policies.
5. Support the supervising leader in managing the academy’s military-standard research and production quality system.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Responsible for the process management of the academy’s research projects (contract approval, project initiation, acceptance, conclusion, fund allocation and reimbursement, research data statistics, etc.).
2. Responsible for the application and management of the academy’s scientific and technological achievements.
3. Manage confidentiality organization at the academy level (personnel and facilities).
4. Assist the supervising leader in promoting local cooperation, technology transfer, and industry-academia-research collaboration.
5. Assist the supervising leader in improving policies for research project management, achievement management, and local cooperation.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Responsible for the application of national, provincial, and university-level research projects, scientific talent programs, and defense-related professional titles.
2. Responsible for the application and process management of national and provincial platforms and bases.
3. Assist the supervising leader in promoting industry-academia-research collaboration between the academy and industry units.
4. Assist the supervising leader in discipline development and the construction of research reward systems.
5. Responsible for preparing the annual research brief.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
