
To celebrate International Women's Day, the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics organized a series of activities themed "Spring Blossoms and Dreams of the Sky." Combining cultural exploration with a journey into nature, the events aimed to uplift spirits and foster connections.

Heartfelt Care

On the morning of March 7th, the school leadership visited offices and laboratories to personally extend holiday greetings and blessings to female faculty and staff. They also distributed beverages and desserts as tokens of appreciation. This thoughtful gesture conveyed the school’s respect and care for its female employees. Many expressed how this warm surprise made them feel deeply valued and inspired them to continue striving in both their professional and personal lives.





Cultural Exploration

On the afternoon of March 7th, female faculty and staff embarked on a cultural spring journey to Yanzi Academy in Fengxian District. The academy’s architecture, with its elegant blend of Jiangnan garden aesthetics and the cultural essence of traditional academies, showcased a rich historical legacy. Guided by detailed explanations, participants gained a deeper understanding of the academy’s architectural features and historical significance, fully immersing themselves in the unique allure of Chinese traditional culture.





Hands-on Experience

On the afternoon of March 6th, a ukulele crafting workshop was held in Classroom A229. Under the guidance of professional instructors, over 20 faculty members handcrafted their own instruments and learned basic playing techniques. The room was filled with laughter and joy as participants experienced the charm of art and music, adding a unique and artistic touch to the holiday celebrations.
